This past weekend was the Fontana Days Half Marathon and 5k. I did the half marathon 2 years ago, and don't think I am over the pain of it still. JK.
I ended up doing the 5k and beat my previous 5k time by 2 minutes. So my time this race was 25:37. I learned that you should listen to your body and use the restroom even if you think to yourself, 'but i just went before we left the house." Doesn't matter because running with that feeling only makes it worse.
